FOUR one hour classes -where I will teach you how to work with your subconscious mind for life! You will learn how to work with the four key areas of core beliefs to change your Love and Relationship Template. We will use use a variety of healing modalities including Self-hypnosis, EFT and more. TWO one hr Q&A classes -to answer questions, discuss what’s happening for you ,and laser in on shifting a specific individual belief you may need help with. We will be working with the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies throughout the program.
12 AUDIOS -15-20 minutes each for am/pm use. Each audio has affirmations specifically designed by me to cover the 4 key belief areas in relationships while you are in the correct brainwave state to get it imbedded into the subconscious mind! Nothing else is available like this on the market. I have taken all my training and certifications in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, energy psychology, shamanism, and metaphysical studies and the success of working with hundreds of people to create these gems.

Over 90% of success in relationships has to do with our inner “relationship“ template which resides in our subconscious minds and was pretty fully formed by puberty. Doing affirmations this way is like putting a happy smiley sticker over the fuel light on you car which is warning you to get gas, and hoping for the best! You will either attract someone who will not really love you or push away someone who can! So Identifying and Releasing these Inner Core Beliefs is critical.

It takes a minimum of 30 days (and sometimes up to 90 depending on resistance) of working with your subconscious mind to permanently change a core belief!
